The region of the East Coast is one of the five new regions that form within the USA after the Red Flu. The region is comprised of the eighteen former states: New York, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Washington D.C., Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and the eastern half of Michigan. The capital of the region is New York City, New York.
Randall Croft was the leader of the region until he was arrested by the crew of the Nathan James for crimes against the United States of America. It is unknown who succeeded Croft as the leader of the region.
