Elli Baker is the sister of Kelsi Baker. When Kelsi is away, secretly working for the Gran Colombian Empire, she takes care of Kelsi's daughter, Zoey.
Events of The Last Ship[]
She is seen at home, taking care of Zoey when Kelsi appears. After letting Zoey go, she talks to Kelsi about her whereabouts and what she is doing. Kelsi rebuffs her attempt to portray her as a murderer, though they quickly reconcile. Kelsi leaves undetected, and Elli finds her room, or the room where she was staying, empty, when she comes to check on her. (“Air Drop”)
She later arrives at the U.S. Southern Command, where she is interrogated by Joseph Meylan and Mike Slattery about her sister's whereabouts. They tell her that they tracked Kelsi's phone to her home and know that Kelsi reached out to her. Elli admits this, but when questioned about where she went, she replies that she does not know. (“Somos la Sangre”)
