Ervin Delgado is the former mayor of a small village in Nicaragua that was taken over by El Toro during the start of the Red Flu epidemic.
Biography[]
He has two daughters, Karina, his oldest, and Luisa, his youngest. Karina is sent across river to be infected after slandering El Toro's name and Luisa is forced into his pad. When the crew of the Nathan James launched a liberation on the village, El Toro was soon outnumbered, so he willingly surrendered, but berated the Navy as he was conceding. Delgado chose rather to kill him, bringing justice for Karina and his people.
