Agent Raife is a Secret Service agent and Allison Shaw's button man to overthrow the US Government.
Events of The Last Ship[]
Agent Raife is first seen standing to Allison's right as President Michener holds a press conference stating he has ordered the evacuation of their forces in Japan and are working to rescue the hostages. Raife later escorts Michener to a meeting with the Regional Leadership Committee alongside Powell and waits outside while the meeting takes place. (“Minefield”)
When newly sworn in President Howard Oliver arrives at the White House, Raife opens the door to the President's office and closes the door behind him. (“Sea Change”)
Agent Raife later executes a drive-by shooting with Powell driving the car, killing Senator William Beatty and Secretary of Foreign Affairs Alex Rivera. (“Paradise”)
Agent Raife stands to President Oliver's right at a press conference, guarding him, where he announces signing an executive order rollbacking all of Michener's domestic policies. Allison later sends Raife and Powell to capture and kill Kara after she calls her, telling Allison that she witnessed the drive-by shooting they committed, but they fail to find her. Back at the White House, Raife is guarding Senator Beatty's office when Jacob Barnes arrives looking for the senator and Raife lies saying he is out of town. Barnes leaves but Raife is suspicious so he follows him and finds Kara hiding there and tries to kill them. Kara however takes him by surprise and blasts Raife using Barnes' shotgun. (“Scuttle”)
