The Warlords are a resistance group located in Baltimore headed by Former Baltimore PD officer Andrew Thorwald. They didn't start using the name 'Warlords', they were branded that name by Amy Granderson to crash their credibility. Their goal was to protect the citizens from Granderson's true intentions which were catastrophic for the people. McGregor, also a former cop, is Thorwald's secondary. When the Nathan James landed in Baltimore with the cure, they thought Avocet and the Navy were allied against them, and discovered the Navy knew nothing of Avocets plans and were in the dark. The Warlords and the crew of the Nathan James worked together to bring down Granderson and her Avocet soldiers and save Baltimore.
